Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident buying from us. If you’re not completely happy, you can return your purchase.
Contact us via email within 7 days of delivery to request a return. We will provide a secure returns address for you to send the item back.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, using a tracked and fully insured service with signature on delivery.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and remains liable until the item is safely back with us.
Once received and checked, we’ll issue a full refund (minus outbound shipping costs) within 7 working days.

Resized, altered, or customised items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returns must be authorised by us in writing — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Any inbound customs fees from incorrectly declared returns will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled before shipping will incur a 5% restocking fee to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
